Communications

Frank Fox Associates Ltd. are particularly aware of the need to maintain good and honest relations with our client, the community and local authorities. A practical and flexible approach must be taken through to all phases of the design and construction. It is important that solutions that emerge, satisfy all the conditions and fully meet the client's requirements.

Quality Control Procedures

Members of our team are regularly sent to CPD (Continual Professional Development) seminars and are encouraged to take an active role in our professional bodies. An established method of dealing with all projects has been arrived at as a result of over 30 years experience dealing successfully with a wide variety of structural projects. These procedures have been documented and this document is used on a daily basis when dealing with every project. There is an established and defined procedure for the issuing of all documentation from the design/drawing office or general administration office with checks built into the system to ensure that a record is maintained of all issued documents. These procedures for ensuring that matters arising from either design team meetings or site meetings are highlighted immediately they arrive into the office and are allocated to the appropriate person for action with follow up notices.
